Fili TV Term Of Use and Privacy Policy
These Terms of Use correspond to Fili TV and its corresponding website, www.playfilitv.com. Fili TV will be mentioned as “Fili” in the following paragraphs. By using the service, you agree to this “Terms of Use & Privacy Policy”.
Membership
Any individual, either registered or not, shall be considered a “user”. Once the user creates a Fili account, the user shall then be considered a “member”.
The user/member acknowledges and agrees that both the service provided by Fili via its website and apps and the platforms by means of which such service is provided (TV box apps, mobile apps, social media networks and downloadable programs) are the sole property of Fili.
At its discretion, Fili may offer additional online services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current services and/or products. This agreement shall apply to any and all additional services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised services and/or products unless otherwise stipulated. Fili hereby reserves the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned services and/or products. The user/member acknowledges, accepts and agrees that Fili shall not be liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, interruptions or discontinuances of any and all of our services and/or products. The continued use of the service after updates, changes and/or modifications have been applied mean that the user/member accepts such updates, changes, and/or modifications. Limitations on liabilities. The user/member understands, acknowledges and agrees that the service shall be provided “as is”. Furthermore, Fili shall not be liable for hindrances and/or missed delivery regarding communication channels and deletion and/or loss of user’s content or settings customization.
Free-trial
In order to access the service, the user/member should download the APK and install it in the corresponding device, such as Android TV box, as applicable.
Fili offers a 7-day free-trial for new users/members. This 7-day free-trial is exclusive for new users/members. After that period of time, the user shall get a reminder to renew the service. Once the free-trial finishes, users/members will have to acquire a plan to continue enjoying the service. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable. The user/member will receive either a digital card or an online code to renew the service.
Registration
Personal information: To register on Fili, whereas it is via website or app, the user must be at least 18 years old. After registration, Fili may collect information such as account name, email address and other related information. The user/member will be able to edit the account information at any time.
Security: Fili’s priority is to ensure the safety and privacy of all users and members, especially that of minors. Thus, it is the parents’/legal guardians’ responsibility to control, restrict and/or make sure that the content their minor accesses in the Fili website and/or platform is appropriate for their age.
Member Account Security Once users become members, they are the sole authorized users of their accounts (“Account Owner”). The Account Owner shall be responsible of not revealing the password or activities related to the account to anyone. Otherwise, the Account Owner will be violating these Terms of Use. The Account Owner shall notify Fili immediately about any unauthorized access or any other breach of security. Fili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any failure to comply with the terms and/or conditions contained herein.
Data Usage and Storage: The user/member hereby acknowledges that Fili may set up practices at Fili’s discretion regarding the use of the service, such as maximum number of times and/or duration that a user/member accesses our service in a given period of time, maximum number of email messages that may be sent and/or received via Fili, maximum allowable disc space stored in Fili’s server. In addition, the user/member agrees that Fili is not liable for removal of any user’s/member’s email, message, post or uploaded information whatsoever that exceeds the maximum number of days of storage. Plus, the user/member acknowledges that Fili reserves the right to delete or remove any account that has not been active for the maximum extended period of time. Furthermore, Fili shall reserve the right to modify, alter and/or update these general practices and limits when deemed necessary.
Compliance with Internet Local Rules and Regulations: Due to the global scope of the Internet, by using our service, the user/member hereby agrees to comply with all local rules related to online behavior and the content considered acceptable. Thus, by accessing our service, the user/member agrees not to use or share any software, technology and other technical data to countries where these actions are not allowed. Otherwise, the user/member will be solely responsible for the consequences that may arise.
Disclaimer: Fili shall reserve the right at any time it may deem convenient to modify, alter and/or interrupt, whether temporarily or permanently, the service or any section thereof with or without prior notice. In addition, Fili shall not be liable for the consequences deriving from these actions.
Terms of Use & Privacy Policy: Fili shall reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove sections of these Terms of Use at any time. It is the user’s/member’s responsibility to revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, the user/member should frequently review these Terms of Use and all the applicable terms and policies to ensure the user’s/member’s awareness of all terms and policies currently in effect. The continued use of the service after changes have been applied shall mean that the user accepts and agrees to the changes.
Subscription Conditions& Auto-Renew Subscription Conditions
You can use this product or this service for the duration of your subscription. The duration of the subscription, the billing period, and the price per subscription period for each product will be displayed during the order process. Limited subscriptions will end automatically. Unlimited subscriptions may be terminated by either party at any time.
Promotion price will not be applied to the subscription price.
If you select payment by credit or debit card, or via direct debit, you agree to have the unit price per subscription period automatically charged to your card and/or bank account immediately prior to the start of the next billing period.
If you select another payment type, you agree to make periodic payments. Yes, please save this account and payment information for future purchases including the processing of any subsequent subscription renewals which may occur following the date of this order.
